Where do you live that you've never seen it?

A very small town in Ohio. In our only grocery store, I have never seen it. The closest big store is over 20 mins away and I've never seen it there either

So you have 2 stores, and because you've never seen someone eat in them while you were present then everyone who does it is weird, and everyone in your tiny area is innocent of doing such a thing?
