A lot of mine do that. I way prefer letting the geese hatch their own.

I prefer to not let the geese or dux hatch, think of our kids and their kids, man!!! We need to do this for them.

I love hostas. I keep meaning to get some to plant in the front bed under the tree. They are hard to find down here. I wish I could pay someone to come landscape everything and get the beds looking good and then I could maintain them. I love gardening, but I do not like trying to prepare a flower bed that some idiot put gravel in. I need to redo the one by the garage completely. There's just so much crap coming up in it.

I cut all mine down in the front. They were ugly and half-dead and infested with cat briars and blackberry brambles. And all I could imagine was a damn copperhead hanging out in there waiting to get me. So they all got yanked out. Maybe this weekend I'll get the mulch and redo that one.

I too am a fan of plants. I just wish I didn't have to be around the bugs to enjoy them. I also HATE dirt under my nails. Like once it's there I give up and get dirty, but I try to hold out as long as possible.

They are adorable! But you knew what you signed up for with Bengals, hopefully.

Those are hideous plants. I like Wandering Jew (I know that's not PC, but it's the only name I know it by) but only if it is potted. Don't make the mistake of putting it in the ground. It has the name for a reason. Worse than mint at completely overtaking a flowerbed.

Do not garden naked with those this weekend.

So maybe an odd question but do your creeks get leeches in them? I spent some summers when I was a kid playing in various creeks in other states and we always had to keep an eye out for them. No idea how widespread they are though since AZ doesn't get them in the 4 creeks we have that actually flow

I've seen some tiny leeches or something similar in our creeks.
