I've had goat curry before, which tasted like, you guessed it, curry.

The morale of the story is no one actually knows what goat tastes like.

No curry in the house here. The smell gets me nauseous can't stand it.

Just cook some goat without a lot of heavy seasoning or sauces. That should get you on track.

I don't generally cook it in my house either. Butter chicken or butter paneer, yes. But curry I leave to the experts and get take out

Goat is delicious. So is lamb, cooked properly. We have a restaurant, about 45 mins away from us, called Texas De Brazil. They bring all kinds of meat to your table on big skewers that they cut off for you right at the table. You can try all sorts of different kinds of meats, so good

Are you getting it mixed up with mutton?
I've never had that issue eating lamb but I've heard mutton is like that.

No, pretty sure its lamb. My aunt has horror stories about going to a market to get it (cause she couldn't find it anywhere else) and they gave her a whole frozen lamb, fleece and all.
