No. She's dumb. And I'm not trying to be mean because I do like her, but she's really dumb and it takes forever for her to get the point. Kato was smarter than most humans so I guess it's not fair to compare, but he would get it in two seconds flat. I could tell him to sit and after two or three times he would drop his bum to get some candy cane. Prim needs at least six times of going over it before she gets it and then she forgets.
She also has a nano second attention span.

The other dogs hate her guts.

A flirt pole is a good idea!

Maybe, I've never once seen her put her nose to the ground tho

I had a bunch for Brew. They’re very helpful. Especially for babies.

6 isn’t bad, especially for as young as she is. Some dogs take way longer. She’s still a baby. Babies have short attention spans. It should get longer by working with her. Also, even if she doesn’t get it the first session, it’s still mentally draining.

Why do the other dogs hate her? She seemed like she was almost playing in the pic hah

And hmm maybe not then but even just seeing new things can be tiring for dogs and especially puppies

I need to get more, I don't think she has enough variety in toys (woohoo more money to spend on a dog that isn't mine).

Rose was running away from her. She doesn't understand boundaries, at all. Rose is old and wants some space, she loves to play and will play all day long, but Prim is all up in her face and gets really pushy. She's just incredibly annoying to both Rose and Danny.
Danny is insecure and doesn't like it when Prim is the bigger bolder dog, he's low man on the totem pole and doesn't want another dog touching him.

Hopefully Prim will think it's great and I'll have a new outlet for all her energy.

And hmm maybe not then but even just seeing new things can be tiring for dogs and especially puppies

I hope a short walk can accomplish something, even if it's just a little exhausting for her, it'll make training easier.

Yeah, I think that should help a lot! Brew really likes bully sticks and cow hooves lol they have big bags of the hooves at TSC for pretty cheap.

Ahh okay that makes sense. They should get better though it’s pretty normal for adults to correct obnoxious puppies as long as they’re fair about it and not too over the top. One of my brother’s dogs is way over the top and somewhat random with it so he’s not allowed to correct while one of the others is extremely fair and gentle and has clear triggers so she’s allowed to. Depends on the dogs. Their other one sounds like Danny where puppies make him anxious so he mostly just avoids them.

Hopefully she likes it!! It’s a great way to burn energy fast lol

And yeah I think walks will help too! You could even add training to the walk and that’s tiring too lol

I have high prey drive puppy energy issues with my big guy and he's already 6yo! I don't think he exactly wants to necessarily *kill* a chicken, but he does want to put his mouth on them and play with them. So far I've been able to keep them protected while helping him get desensitized, but if my daughter goes by the brooder he just gets so excited!!! It's like two steps forward, one step back. :/
