Also, one of the diamonds fell out of my grandfather's ring and I can't find it anywhere. It was not missing when I put it on.

Check anything you might have wiped your hands on to dry them. A towel or paper towels in the bathroom maybe. I once lost an amethyst from drying my hands on the bathroom towel. Found the amethyst hanging onto the threads from the towel

I go to the grocery store bakery and get empty icing buckets for free. Gotta keep the kids and Crazy Lady from licking them clean. Too much sugar for me. Bad thing is these aren't UV stabilized and fall apart within 6 months in sunlight.

All I can get on the cheap is pickle buckets.
It takes them 6 months in the sun to get that awful stench out of them.
