I know that show is super popular but I have no idea what that lady's name is. You'll have to enlighten me.
I had one pop up that was much worse than that. Ate fine as long as the feed was deep enough in the feeder. Noticed that it was not hanging with the other chicks but stayed with the big girls. Then one day the chick was gone with no evidence.
Yours looks like it has a broken nose.
