I made salsa to can. I always heard that you should wear gloves when cutting jalapenos but I thought, pfft, I'll be fine. And I was while chopping them. But after, holy hell in a hand basket! My fingers are burning!

Won't make that mistake twice!

Totally unrelated fact, world famous Zydeco dancing was invented after the participants ate spiced crawfish and went to the restroom BEFORE washing their hands.

Don't rub your eyes, nose or any other sensitive areas.

And wash your hands three (3) times with Dawn before going to the restroom.

Do you know why people in Athens sleep until noon?
Because Dawn is tough on Greece

Ha ha! The tomatoes are going to die! Not a threat, a fact.

We are actually in the lower 90°F's this week. AND humidity dropped below 90 too. Very nice out.
