Well then it's a good thing I was going the professional route anyways😅
I'm too chicken to do it myself.
Professional is the only way to guarantee a correct fit for your earrings. Be sure to ask for the gauge they are piercing you with, or request a specific gauge; and when buying earrings, make sure you buy the correct size. If you get a piercing done at places like Walmart, they pierce with an 18 or 20mm gauge. A professional almost always pierces with nothing smaller than an 18, so a 20 gauge earring will make your holes close a bit, meaning if you later buy a 16 or larger unknowingly, you will tear the skin.
 
Here's my daith. It's healing good. I do have three holes in each ear as well

It looks nice. When it is completely healed, will you be changing the ball color?

Holy shit! You can change just the ball? That makes so much sense considering it's just in with pressure. I thought you had to change the whole earring. And yes, I want a purple ball
