It's been a while as yall will see but
My first and last black Friday experience my sister wanted me to go with her and I ain't knew no better so sure why not. Anyways they open the doors at Walmart and we went in with everybody else. They had pallets of electronics and stuff wrapped in the shipping plastic wrap. They had people standing around a pallet of vcrs yep vcr anyway we walk up to it and she says she wants one. So not knowing any better I go to start unwrapping it and this old lady starts screaming at me. I though I was helping but later I found out they have times they make it available and apparently I was early. I'll never forget that old bitty I thought she was gonna kill me. Never been again

It is also the day to treat employees like garbage because the beloved materialistic garbage that they desire for a moment has been completely sold out. And do not forget those trashbags that are livid when products are NOT event items and are therefore full price.

When someone tries to do something in my presence that they are not supposed to do, I stop them politely and let them know WHY they cannot do things. And when they apologize, I try to make them laugh so they do not feel embarrassed.

Unless they are being garbage. Then I go over with my horns out and my boss ready to intervene if I start screaming.

Our store no longer releases products at specific times. We put everything out the night before and let customers have at it. Except in electronics. Then the customers have at what we let them have. Everything is under lock and key, and we will get to them when the people around us stop being stupid heads.

I've been out of high school for almost 23 years, graduated in 2000. I'm friends with three of my high school friends still but it's been awhile since we talked. We text but that's about it. And that's not counting my triplet sisters, built in friends
