Which BYC member scares you?

Ohio passed a constitutional carry law recently too. We were open carry before but now anyone can carry, open or concealed. I have my concealed license, have had it for a year and a half now. But I'm not a fan of the constitutional carry. I feel like everyone that wants to carry should go through training. At least learn the laws. There are some places a ccw can carry but not a constitutional carry can. And I carry a Ruger 9mm EC9S

I would think the CCW would come in handy when traveling to other states.

I keep a 9mm in all my vehicles and a little 380 in a pocket holster at all times.

Are you having issues finding ammo for your 380? My sister carries one but has a helluva time finding ammo. Her hubby will probably buy her a 9mm for Christmas

I haven’t but I haven’t had to buy in awhile since I buy in bulk.

Exactly. A person carrying in Ohio under the constitutional carry can only carry in Ohio. A ccw holder can carry in most other states. And a ccw holder can have a gun in a school zone, as long as the gun is locked in their car

that’s my biggest headache with living in CT but working in NY.

My husband does building maintenance and one of the buildings is a gun shop. He helped the owner start up the business and the owner lets him have first dibs on any ammo or guns. Even the owner is having issues getting 380 ammo from the manufacturers

I was surprised the law passed doing away with the permit here. It was just $20 a year but the sheriff office of each county got that money and they fought against it. But, Mee Maw pushed it through. It helped get her elected in a landslide again.

I wonder why that is. I just like the 380 to put in my pocket. You can’t even tell it is there.
