Tis the cold fate of two of those baby boars. I'll be castrating them soon, even though I've never tasted the icky boar taint that everyone is scared of.

What breed, age, and size is Diego gutting atm?

Unfortunately I don't know the breed. We got them up from a friend who said they were a mix of some heritage breeds he had and he didn't seem to know. She's about 9 months old and weighed 300 pounds before gutting. I have posted pictures of her here before, BarbieQ.
She's the pink one to the right of my daughter.

We were planning to this weekend but she has to hang for 2 weeks and it's a little bit too warm. As soon as the weather looks good though, we will do it.

My cow just dropped a little heifer, she's already so sweet.

The bull in the background has been a butthead lately, so he may end up stocking my freezer pretty soon here.
