Someone was looking for a midnight snack.

I'm sure it was! I'm no expert but based on online pictures of what kind of owls we have here in IN, it was a barred owl.
Very cool to see. Completely silent when it flew off.

My chicken straw, some wood for the winter, chainsaw, and my sled. This is what my landlord said,

Now all my wood for winter is either buried or wet.
