How do yall feel wmabout getting giftcards for Christmas. Like to places you would actually use

Great! Dad's giving me a Lowes card this year. He's tired of me raiding his stash of lumber when I need stuff.

Love em. My mom is a different story though, they're too impersonal for her. I think a lot should be considered when giving a gift card. Maybe for some of the more sentimental types a small gift to go with it would make it more meaningful.

No issues at all. Cash and gift cards are always good. I'm too pragmatic to be offended by getting something I can use, and I don't feel it's too impersonal. Mileage varies, of course.

Okay. I'm just drawing a blank with my brother's gifts for Christmas. Half the stuff he likes is absolute not something I can gift and the other half he buys when he likes it because he makes way more than I do . I try to keep gifts somewhat even in price and was debating throwing the rest onto a gift card he'll definitely use

Golf balls are the bane of my existence. I love a nice walk in a well cared for park, but it always gets spoiled by having to hit that stupid little ball.
