Which came first.....Chicken or Egg?

ANSWER: the egg

THEORETICALLY, 2 birds of compatible genetics mated. They produced a "half-breed" foul or two or three or more.......

These "half-breed" offspring reproduced amongst themselves producing the chicken (Wild Jungle Fowl, if you wish).

So, in my thinkin', (purely theoretical, of course).the egg came first.

The other possibility is that God (Nature, if you will) just got "impatient" and put a few chickens down in front of the ARK for Noah to "pick and choose" amongst.

I REALLY don't know....BUT I'll BET on the egg.
(It WAS very HUMID during the FLOOD....conditions good for a "hatch")

God made the chicken, who then laid the egg. God didn't flood the earth right after he made it; it took a few years for humankind to screw it up so bad He needed a do- over. I'm sure they florished while on the Ark, though! I'll bet the human inhabitants of that boat were as infatuated by them as we are today!

Merely as a thought (actually I have not a "prove-able" opinion)...

I have heard it said that ALL "religious folks" believe that "God" is INFALLIBLE.

Do you suppose he made a FEW mistakes that he/she regretted?

SUCH AS:

1. Creating Humans who "do as they please"....therefore "wiped out" by the FLOOD.

2. Letting Thomas Jefferson die?

3. Allowing me to be a "clown"?

4. Voting for the Egyptians at least once?

I can't disprove anyone else's beliefs on this matter......AND they are FRUTILE in their attempts to "re-educate me."

Adam would have "played" with it and invented a game called "baseball".

It took "EVE" to hard boil it so it would last one or two innings!
