Which cookbook could you absolutely not live without?

I'm enjoying Simply in Season, which I bought from my CSA. It's organized by season, and is colorfully organized. It's easy to flip threw and see what vegetables are used.

I'm not a huge fan of the Joy of Cooking books. I have one and it seems like a lot of the recipes call for expensive or bizarre ingrediants I can't get around here. I do keep it as a reference book - they have great write-ups about the history of certain dishes.

Mr Saddi is a science teacher who also wears Jimmy Buffet shirts and rocks a tight cropped cut, and cooks. I win.
