So I usually use rum in my baking, but I have seen several recipes for fruitcake that calls for brandy, and some even say Bourbon!
So I have to know,w hat do most of you use? How do you use it? In what baked goods do you use it? Any suggestions?

Sincerely, the person who bought both and is too chickened to make a decision .
 
How bout you make one of each and I'll taste test them and let you know?

Sorry, don't use booze so much and can't add anything productive, but will bump you a little.
