I like #1 because of the high waist I think they are very flattering .. and the length is very "In" right now..

I say #1 for sure. If my only choice no matter what was between those 2 dresses I'd wear the first one. It looks classy!

my personal opinion: I like #1, it's a little more elegant... love the rich color too... the other one looks kinda "cheap" to me... but........ you should go with the one thats the most comfortable and inspires the most confidence in yourself!
