Which "hen" is fertilizing my eggs?

I had a silverlaced wyandotte trick me once. It was shaped more like a hen than anything except it was taller. Then I noticed the feathers were a tad bit different but it didn't get tail feathers, or bigger wattles for ages. It also NEVER crowed. When it started haphazardly attempting to mount the ladies, I realized what it was. It just seemed like a mouthy, large hen.

Thanks speckledhen, I thought that might be the case. I had a silkie like that last year. Her "bullseyes' never did develop when incubated. I've updated my question with pictures of the suspect, to show her feathers, which are extra nice among my other cochin pullets. I suspect she's a tiny-combed He-chicken.
