We currently have 41 chickens, but I've been looking to start a small pet bantam flock, and i've narrowed it down to these five.. the problem is, I don't know which one is best. I want a breed that is super friendly, tame, and cuddly. I'm open to any other breeds, and I would appreciate any facts about the breeds I have chosen.
Thank you!

Cochin bantams will be the friendliest, followed by polish. I'm unfamiliar with Dutch bantams, and D'uccles are a bit or miss male temperament wise. My females have all been sweet but skittish.

Polish are at risk of being picked off easily and the Cochin are likely to try and brood often.

The D'uccles and Cochin are better suited to winter

Thank you, that is very helpful! I think so far cochins are my top pick, other than silkies. We live in an area with hard winters, so I will need cold hardy breeds.

Plus if you were insisting on an indoor bantam, a polish would be my first choice of the 4 because of their hairdo. It keeps them subdued a bit more since they can't exactly see everything
