But it really is worth it to save up and get the 1588. I had a HUGE difference in hatch rates between the two.

IMHO and many others when given a choice the LG should never be considered, the hova is the right choice in this case. Consider this line of thought, when thinking about hatching you are carefully watching and selecting egg's, want good hatches from the egg's you have, and want some good chicks to come from them. What you don't want is to be constantly troubled with all of the innacuracies and blunders the LG put's in your path, frustration and poor hatches are the norm with any LG. Please do yourself a favor and hatch some great chicks using anything other than an LG product.
