I have been to most states on the list....I was born and raised in Colorado but now i reside in Nebraska and love it here...But i would love to go back and see Texas...

I live in Idaho right now and would be happy to stay here, but out of your list I would pick Washington. I also really enjoyed living in Western Oregon when we were there, but it is expensive with not very many good job prospects for my husband.

Washington has some horribly screwed up fish and game regs designed to generate income for the state via fining fishermen, so we pulled it off our list of possible future homes. Maybe when we get too old to fish or hunt we might add it back to our list. We originally wanted the west coast of Oregon, but changed our minds after spending time there with chronic allergies to the mold spores, but it is sooooooo pretty there!
