2 hawk attacks. Rooster saved both girls. He jumped on the back of a Cooper's hawk to save an EE and he cornered a red tailed hawk under a pine tree to save a silkie until we came running from all the "screaming". That rooster saved HIMSELF from freezer camp. Too good of a protector to not be around. Then, coyotes would be number two. They've worn a path on the back half of our property behind the fence that runs behind the coops. ****fingers crossed they all make it through winter. The girls would be awfully mad if we kept them penned up.

Hawk is my biggest problem I lost a CM cockerel and an EE pullet to a Cooper Hawk this past summer.

Hawks or owls. The Anatolians take care of the other predators, but they haven't learned to fly yet.

I am pretty sure I know who is doing it. The person just got out of jail, he can't stay out of jail. I informed everyone in the neighborhood. Everybody is buying locks and locking up all of their tools. My spare room is full of all the "carryable" things that are usually around the yard. Meth is a horrible thing.....
