Which modern rock band ROCKS?

Metallica isn't really ''new''.....they were formed in 1981. But out of that group, they are definetely my favorite. I like Skillet's values, but not the music.

You know, metal is a kind of rock music. Rock is a basic term that covers a HUGE amount of music, it has a lot of subgenres... At least in my mind, it covers anything from ac/dc to Molly Hatchet to Metallica to Nirvana, all differant kinds of rock, at least in my opinion.
