Which new pet should I get?

If the cage is a proper size, and they are cared for correctly... they should be happy

Some also forget about their time OUTSIDE of the tank. I sincerely doubt my leo, Mango is unhappy.

Yes they are. I never use fake plants

Thanks guys! I am just not wanting an animal that needs a lot of cleaning, supplemental heating, and eats lots of crickets. My cousin had leopard geckos, and although they were awesome, they definitely weren't low maintenance. My desk is quite small, but tarantulas aren't that big, and don't need much space. Of course if the pet got too big I would move the tank or enclosure somewhere else.
