Great idea!

They do make horsey scrap book stuff. At most (exclusively) scrapbook stores they are all into it and have classes and the people that work there are amazing and into the latest and best of the scrapbooking stuff-- i'll bet you can get them to make you an awesome page with ribbons and all that and then frame that!
