Which Quail to grow for restaurants? GGbobs? Jumbo CTX? TX A&M?

I would go with the jumbos. I keep mine on wire, and I solpe it to where all of the eggs roll to the back by the door. I just open it up and pull out all of the eggs. If you are going to clean them yourself I would skin them. It is much faster and easier. I would ask the resteraunt first though.

And when you say 'throw some hay in there' do you mean the sandbox?

Yeah that sounds like a good idea,if you have lots of quail make 2 holes.I fill mine with about 2 inches of sand and I didnt know there was different kinds of sand just get the normal looking one lol.When I say throw hay in I mean throw hay in the pen.It can sometimes get to be around -5 or so around here during the night.
