Which shipping Service?

So I am going to start shipping quail hatching eggs in the future but have a stupid question...What USPS shipping service do people use?

Would flat rate shipping be ok? Or does it have to be priority?

Flat rate is okay, but you are going to pay a lot more for shipping, unless your package is very heavy. Typically, shipping from 1-50 button quail eggs or 1 to 30-ish coturnix quail eggs will run about $5 for the small priority box (7x7x6). The medium flat rate box (which is the smallest flat rate you can use for eggs, the small is more for books and such) runs at least $10 for shipping.

For best rates on shipping eggs use the standard priority mail and pay for the actual package weight, it seems to be cheapest.
