Which thermometer reading is right? Don’t know which one to go off on

Yeah I checked and I would have to drop the incubator thermostat to 96 in order for the other one to drop to around 99.5 I checked the fridge and doesn’t seem to read the right temp
Of four incubators I own, three need adjusting but the worst is only 2 degrees.

Do you have a meat thermometer you could try checking in there? That little one seems sporadic. Maybe leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes or so to see.

I think it shoulld be right

You have the same thermometer and incubator I did with the same issue! The little giant was really running 105 (checked with a couple meat thermometers plus the digital), couldn’t get the little giant to drop in actual temp so never used (also the reason the gal I got it from never got her eggs to hatch with it!). I wouldn’t trust it with a clutch of eggs, I’d find a new incubator this one is fried.

How do you do that
You can't on those. You can only verify if they are right or verify the variance. Mine now are all calibratable, but I've used one like yours in the past or in brooders where a couple degrees isn't such a big deal. If I recall, mine like that was off one degree so I put a sticker on the back of it to remind me what it really should show.
