Which Turkeys From Dunlap Hatchery?

I'm considering getting a couple turkeys from Dunlap Hatchery. They have three breeds. I want a smarter bird that also can be bred. Here is a link to their site. Are their Bronze turkeys the ones that can breed on their own? Are any of these breeds "Heritage" types. Thanks for your time.

Also wondering if the meat on those Rios is dark like the Merriam's Turkeys I hunt. I would prefer a bird more on the white meat side of the spectrum. I get at least one dark meat wild turkey most years.
