Looks more likely to be a blue andalusian (they can come blue, black, or splash)... I say that because of the small comb. Minorcas usually have big floppy combs. If she is not fully mature her comb could get bigger after all.

my andalusian hens have smaller combs than that even. they are also more streamlined without that definite separation between body and neck.
