While roosting at night..some of the chickens are getting pooped on (right on their backs)...
We have a high roost that has enough space for all 10 chickens, but some of them sit on a lower one too...is the easiest thing to do is just remove the lower roost? It is freezing outside in MN right now too..
Do I need to get the frozen poop off the back of the chicken? In the summer when this happened...I just used a warm rag and wiped it off...but now this is nearly impossible. Can I leave it since it's already frozen?
