(Yes she was shipped to Turkey from her old owner's house for a bunch of money. They claimed her to be purebred and rare. When they found she wasn't, her owners shipped her back to the kitten mill. She met lightning there and then fled. Leaving Lightning behind also helped drive her insane.)
Mint trotted back into camp, smelling of dusty old ferns. He had an excuse all planned out and everything. He knew if he didn't visit Night soon, it would be suspicious but seeing his other... 'friend' was far more important. He got some prey and settled down in camp.
Lightshow pushed Ice away and ripped a claw through her collar. It fell to the ground and she buried it, pushing away her old life. "I vow to never return to the days of the twolegs!"
Dream snorted at that and mewed, "Mint hunting? He's a fighter! He can't hunt, I'd like to see that!"
Mint fluffed up and then calmed down. "I was out chasing off a kittypet. I ran through some stinky ferns." He had to stop himself from stuttering. He definitely could NOT let Night know about his secret meetings with his new bff.LOL oops! Silly me!
"Right....." Said Night, confused. Then where was Mint if he wasn't hunting? There was certainly no battles going on right now--The clan was hunkering down for a hurricane! Then she spotted him across camp. She sighed with relief. She picked out some prey and walked up to him. "Hey, where have you been?" She asked, curious. She plopped down her fresh kill and sat down.
"Right....And I'm a badger." She said sarcastically. "Stone has been wondering where you've been." She mewed pointedly.
