"Father!" Stone said. Little rumbles started in his chest, an immature tribute to purring.

The rogues retreating, Drops had little to do but the same.
Drops shivered in the rain, tucking his narrow body against Feather's svelte shape so at least one side was sheltered against the incoming water.
His muscles twitched, making his coat shake droplets into the mud, which in turn squished unpleasantly between his already significantly begrimed paws.
"We should really get inside," he muttered.

Frog, being my shallow character in which I was overambitious in the making of him embraced the rain or something.

Wind, more waterlogged than a drowned rat swallowed by a soggy snake, dragged himself into his den and got more wet via tongue.

“Absolutely and if they aren’t I’ll scare them away with my mighty claws.”
"Oh, good." Perturbed, Stone looked at Mint's claws. "They don't look very mighty. How can you be sure?" He studied his own spotted black-and-white paws, with sharp little white claws. "Well, they're bigger than mine."
Mint had red claws with big sharp claws. They seemed very big to Stone. But he couldn't see anything mighty about them.
 
"Oh, good." Perturbed, Stone looked at Mint's claws. "They don't look very mighty. How can you be sure?" He studied his own spotted black-and-white paws, with sharp little white claws. "Well, they're bigger than mine."
Mint had red claws with big sharp claws. They seemed very big to Stone.
Mint extended them to show the kit how big they were. “These are my claws and one day if you want to be a fighter yours will grow just as big and strong. And until then I’ll protect you.” He licked his head.
