Twig followed along, ever silently existent. Temperamental nature didn't unnerve her in the least, but it'd probably come off as bizarre if she didn't care to shelter from the tempest.
"Mouse bile," Wind hissed. His fur was becoming a tangled, matted mess, and he had just stepped on a sharp twig. Wind started running even faster than Ice, eager to reach his nice warm den.

Leopard squinted against the wind. His strides were longer than the others, so he had fallen several paces ahead.
Twig gave Wind a dry look from afar and quickened her pace so that she fell in alongside the struggling tom. "You okay?"

(hurricanes screams South Carolina or some other coastal plain. Should that be the location?)
Wind dodged him, making a near miss with a leafless maple.
 
Tnaglepelt nearly had a heart attack. " 'EY!" He yelled at Chaos. "Ye better get gone before I make yeh!" He growled, Bearing down on the cat.
Chaos merely smiled devilishly. "Why? I thought you were so old you couldn't move your paws anymore!" he taunted. "Try! I dare you!" he said bouncing off the sides of the den.
 
Twig gave Wind a dry look from afar and quickened her pace so that she fell in alongside the struggling tom. "You okay?"
"Absolutely, I'm doing just peachy," Wind gasped. Not so much from the running, Ice made them do that all the time. It was that wind, sucking his breath away.
Ice glanced backwards momentarily.
