Dawn looked at her and mewed, "Hi Cricket, will you tell us a story!?"
Cricket's muzzle twitched into a small, lopsided grin at the kit's eagerness. She neatly arranged her paws and wrapped her tail around them before heeding Dawn's request. "Once, there was a special rabbit. But first, you've got to understand just how special this rabbit was." Her dull yellow eyes widened considerably to emphasize the marvel of what she was about to express. "This rabbit had six legs. It could run incredibly fast; so fast that no cat had ever even laid eyes on it for more than a fleeting heartbeat. Young cats raced for days on end just so that they'd be ready if one were to catch a glimpse of the rabbit, but to no avail. It was a legend, the trophy catch that would be sure to win a cat fame and respect and power beyond imagine." She paused heavily and glanced around to be sure that everyone was sufficiently entertained.

Cherry and Sand burst into the den in which Emerald sits. They are wet and muddy and fall to the floor in hysterics, tumbling over each other in fits of laughter. " You slimy worm, stahhhp!" Cherry manages through guffaw of laughter. Sands has his paws dug into the plush, wet fur of her chest. His naked, muddy rump bounces about as his back legs hop about playfully. He dives into her fluffy chest and bites, his happy tail slinging mud and rain everywhere

Emerald jumped out the way “I was dry till you lot bounced in” she snapped “now what were you laughing at?” Her voice turned sickly sweet

Sand opened his mouth and winced at this, but didn't cry out. He turned to Emerald and said "She did say that was her very favorite part of a raccoon." Cherrys voluminous tail slashed back and forth, "I meant the tender meat in the back is best, not its stinking derrier on my head as a hat!"

"We brought a large raccoon, but it still lays outside. This idiot kept putting it's bum in mah face!" Cherry chuckled, then bit Sands whippy tail so hard it made a crunching noise
Emerald shyed back from the crunch. “Ouch” she muttered forcing her way to the exit. “It’s still raining” she sighed re entering the den
