Star and Raven padded over to Moon. “How’s it going?” Raven mewed good naturedly.
"What's going on over here?" Drops had begrudgingly slunk out of his den as the sudden need for social interaction flooded him. He smiled. "Good to see you all made it through the storm." He licked his pelt, though it was fairly spotless because his short hair was easy to groom. Still, white markings were easy to stain, so he had a sort of yellowish cast on his fur.

Moon looked up from her pelt and shook away her look of deep embarassment. "Oh, good," she said casually. "Just trying to get the rain out of my pelt from the night before," she said awkwardly continuing to lick her pelt.

Star smirked slightly, grumpy came out of his den did he. She thought.

A streak of white flew through like a bottle rocket. It was Lightning, who had caught the scent of her son on a breeze. She was racing to find him, her small oval paws scarcely touching the ground as she ran. She was moving so fast and with such determination, she didn't notice the tabby in her path. The cats markings blended it in so well with the forest floor. There was no time to stop and avoid the collison....

"So what productiveness were you up to today, Star? Any overachieving? Hunting in the rain?" Drops nudged her.
“No hunting unfortunately,” she mewed, “but I did get on Ice’s nerves after I challenged her methods of leading a fighting patrol.” She finished.
