Shadowblaze glared after her sister and spat on the ground. I hate that little fox-heart. "You, there, fetch me some prey and give that kittypet something old off the pile." She turned to another cat and mewed, "Check her wounds, if they've been seen to before she left, then she won't need them checked again until two days from now, understand?" The other cat nodded and padded away.

A pair of piercing golden eyes were now fixed on a ginger tail disappearing into the brush, but there was another cat as well, a rogue...... Embers.... what is she doing with a rogue. “Moon,” Leopard began distractedly, “wait here.... I’ll be right back.” His massive paws carried him noiselessly over the forest floor. Movement caught his ears, he lept on a low branch and clawed his way up to a better point of view. His tail tip began flicking from side to side in frustration and concentration.

Embers looked over from her den and saw a cat up the tree. Go she mouthed.

His golden eyes flashed, before disappearing into the shadows. He crept stealthily from branch to branch, listening to a cat who was apparently their idea of a leader, ears pricked at the information reaching them.

(I'm sooo sorry guys I need to catch up)

Heron is relaxing in his den, unaware of what's going on outside.
Meadow is pacing back and forth, worried about the pitifully small prey-pile.
Queens and elders first, she thought. But after they eat, it will all be gone. Her stomach rumbled in defiance.
She wondered if she could go out and hunt for herself, even though her parents and Heron would disapprove.

He began padding back and forth quietly on a large poplar branch, his golden eyes flashing so bright and dangerous, he closely resembled his namesake.
Shadowblaze looked at the cat beside her and asked, "How is she?"
"S-she needs her wounds checked tomorrow, not two days from now."
"You know what I said." She narrowed her eyes dangerously.
"Yes." He dipped his head, "What about Hawk?"
"He went out and got caught against my wishes. If he can't survive without your herbs he should die."
"O-Okay, ummmm... He is just a kit you know."
"Yes, I am aware."
"Here's your prey ma'am." Said another cat before walking away.
"Take this leg to the queens. Make sure the kits are full fed and the queens can fight over this bit of rabbit."
"Y-yes." He walked away, head down.
