White balls in liver?

How do they get this and could all my bids have it? She was fine. Thy all seem fine happy and healthy.
First you need to find out what it is. Are they fat tumors, are they Marek's, or something else?
Fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome is not contagious but could be an indicator of the need to adjust flock management to reduce fat on the birds and increase activity.
Marek's is contagious and can be introduced by wild birds. It would mean that you would have to close your flock.

Ooh, I don’t know. Could it be fatty deposits?
No. Fatty liver sydrome presents differently with enlarged, yellowish and brittle liver, not lumps:

These lumps would rather be caused by Marek's Disease:

or Leukosis:

They free range we give them layers and fruit. They get into the goat food that has molasses and corn that could be the problem. But they get a lot of exercise there is 1.5 acres.
