White blisters on comb and wattles.

Oh please! Let this be something easy to fix. I can't lose him. I have had him too long. Dan thinks we need to take them all out and disinfect the coop. What do you guys think?
I got a hen from an acquaintance, Ive always been very suspicious of her as she was undernourished, sneezed, and did not appear quite well. I noticed several of the blisters and the photos provided here may as well be MY bird. It looks exactly the same. Darnit. Has anyone had birds that suffered this, and got well again? what did you do? iodine? Only one hen is displaying these blisters but it's just matter of time correct, before my other birds also get it? We have a problem with mosquitoes AND wild pest birds (pigeons, mourning doves and finches) that are impossible to keep out of the yard. I am in Phoenix, AZ area and I have never heard of this disease. I am in a arid locale, so not sure what the "wet disease" is from. I do keep a couple fish ponds but they are heavily stocked with mosquito fish. We still get mosquitoes though- yes, Arizona has a big problem with mosquitoes strangely enough.
