White bump on eyelid

I just found this small white bump on the eyelid of one of my chickens this morning and having trouble finding much online that looks like this, so I'm wondering if it's something I should be concerned about and whether there's anything I should do.

She's about 13-15 weeks old. I haven't noticed any other problems or unusual behaviour.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I can't say I have much experience with this, but could that be a stye?

That's the only thing I've found that looks a bit like it, or a larger/more inflamed example anyway. If no one comes up with anything else here I'll keep a watch and see how it goes. Hopefully, it'll go away on its own shortly.
