White chicken with black tail feathers?

So my mom text me this morning, she lives in Georgia, and asked "what kind of chicken is white with a red head and black butt?" I assumed she was attempting to tell me a chicken joke and replied "one with a dirty butt" lol she then said "no, for real". So I did a little Google search and came up empty and then decided to post the question here. I asked her if she had pix of this chicken but she only saw it when driving by a farm stand so she didn't get a chance to take a pic. Any clue as to what this could be? By red head I'm assuming she meant red comb. I also was thinking that maybe she saw a young turkey?? I have no clue lol any help would be appreciated!

Maybe she saw a RIR (some can be very dark)
I'm also thinking it sounds like a Turkey Vulture.
