Are you refering to the white feathers on the wing tip? Those are called white flights,if they are white. I am not familiar with a breed called "Flights" but there may be one!
They look like streaks of white feathers on the head.I am geting more spanish pouters (picas) and the guy said the bird had them.Is it a sickness or what?
"Flights" are a breed of pigeons and white flights would be white individuals of this breed; however, I think he was referring to birds where several of the primary feathers are white in color. I have a flock of primarily black Birmingham rollers with white flight feathers. They are really striking when they are flying and performing.
A "white flight" bird is any bird with one or more white flight feathers. Usually they are also pied (other randomly placed white feathers). Neither are diseases, just color genes.
