White foaming chicken poop?

I am a new chicken owner and one of my four chickens has been having some problems. She's always been a regular layer but the past too days she hasnt laid a full egg but more like pooped out 2 very very soft shells on the coop floor. Today she has been having a lot of diarrhea and is now pooping out a white foaming substance. Does anyone know what this could mean?? She's been acting totally normal before all this.
 
It sounds she may be showing signs of salpingitis or impacted oviduct, which can lead eventually to egg yolk peritonitis. Pictures of droppings are welcome. Do you feed a layer feed and have crushed oyster shell available in a separate container? For now, I would give half of a Tums or human calcium tablet for 3 days, and see if it clears up. If you would have antibiotics such as amoxicillin (FishMox) or baytril, one of those might be helpful if she has any infection.
