White "gel" stuck on to my chicken's butt? Please help! Emergency!

So I couldn’t find any aqua mox but I did get tums and calcium + vitamin d, I’m going to feed it to her now. Thanks for all the help! I will keep updating this post.

Can I crush the tum and calcium into powder and mix them with water? How much should I feed her?

Tums IS calcium, so don't give both.

The antibiotic is the most important at this point, I think.

for the antibiotics, I’m pretty sure you need a prescription. Is there anyway I can get a prescription without needing to go to the vet? Or something I can replace antibiotics with?

Call the local pet stores that sell fish, and ask them. The feed stores often carry an injectable one, BUT I've extracted the correct dose, then added a bit more water. The injectable tastes terrible to them, is too strong and will cause them to foam at the mouth some. Diluting it helps with that. It's still the correct dose, just not as condensed.

Ok, I’ll see what I can do. I force fed her some tums yesterday and also some water. This morning she’s still puffing up and her poop is still watery green-white. Does she has diarrhea, too?
