Thank you so much!The pictures are too blurry to tell for sure, I would guess those are poultry lice nits. They are deposited around the base of feathers like that. Some pictures here:

You can use poultry dust or spray that contains permethrin, which is usually available at most tractor supply stores, feed stores, in the US. You can also use Elector PSP, but it's much, much more expensive. You should also clean out and treat the coop, remove all bedding and nesting material and get rid of it (burn it if possible) and replace.
