Hi! I have 2 white leghorns both 3 months old. Sold to me as pullets but I’m starting to think maybe one is a cockerel. His comb and wattles are larger and darker red and his wing feathers look awkward and out of place all the time. What do you guys think?

With that bright red comb it looks to be a rooster, mine crowed at 8 weeks.
If it is is should start crowing, do you have a pic of its tail?

Sorry I don’t have a great side photo

The comb is big and colorful for 3 months, but it's not shaped like a cockerel's comb. I think you have an early developing pullet.
Yay! She’s very vocal but not crowing. Her behavior is slightly more “aggressive” and flighty than my other one. But might just be different personalities.

I think pullets bc a male leghorn would be obviously male by now. You would be seeing saddle feathers, and a larger/redder comb and wattles. Leghorns are a breed that tends to develop faster than some others.
