White Leghorn? Pullet or Cockerel

I brought this chick from Belt Hatchery in Fresno, CA as a pullet, but it has started making noises that sound a lot more like a cockerel. I believe it is around 14 weeks old.

100% cockerel. Bright red comb and wattles, pointed hackles, are all telltale signs.

How long have the comb and wattles been red like that?

Also, are the red patches from mud or the feathers? He has what I think is barring around his neck, so I don't think he is a pure White Leghorn.

I'm seeing the red and barring too. Also not built like a Leghorn and looks to have red lobes.

Always been pretty red.. There's no mud around so they seem to be feature coloring.

Definitely a cockerel and definitely not a White Leghorn or at least not a purebred one.

To me he looks like some kind of Delaware mix cockerel.
