White leghorn pullets?

Hello all! We are brand new chicken owners here. We have 2 barred rock who at this point im pretty sure one is a cockeral. And we have two other chicks that we not sure what breed they are, but my husband did know he got them from a pullet bin at tractor supply. One of them has a more prominent comb and waddles that are slowly turning pink. Does this mean he will be a roo, too? Thanks in advanced for any advice
