White liquid in roosters beak/ around his beak

Thank you so much
I’m from porter texas
I cleaned out that feed that was on the floor the day I post the poop picture and no I didn’t feed him cabbage
I’m now giving him food in a cup hanging from the cage but I am giving him chik feed and some banana hopefully it gives him some energy
I always keep his water clean but i will be changing it morning and afternoon I don’t really see him drinking water as much as I see my other birds should I be corned about that?
I just hope his beak heals I think that is why he’s been down because it’s sore

If he's not drinking a lot, you may want to offer the chick starter as a wet mash for a few days. Just mix the feed with water - you can play with the consistency - mine prefer it the consistency of oatmeal. Some birds don't drink as much as others, but I would watch him for any signs of heat stress.
I like the hanging cups too - I don't have GF but the cups are easy to clean and the feed stays fresh.

I don't doubt you keep the water clean, sorry if I made it sound that way. I was more concerned about the cut/sore inside the beak becoming infected, so thought a sanitized water may help with that.

While I'm thinking about it - did you check to see if his crop was empty this morning? Also you may want to check through his feathers for any lice/mites, those can drag a bird down. Having a fecal float to rule out worms is always a good idea too.

He's a pretty boy.

No not at all don’t worry I didn’t find t offensive sorry if I made it sound rude about the water Lol
Ok so this morning was kinda wierd I feel like he was more depressed rather than hurt I put him in a pen with his hen and he started eating and drinking water and getting down to business with the hen although he did choke on the water I think he drank to much but he seemed happy after I put him in there I had taken him out just so he would be alone and could eat as much as he wanted.
Last week I cleaned the mites cause I noticed that a couple hens did have scaly legs so I didn’t go ahead and sprayed everything with poultry protector and Vaseline on everyone’s legs
I did check the crop and yes it was empty but then again he never really like gets that bump on his crop like other birds here it’s always flatish

Did you find any active body lice on the hens or your other birds too?

I know GF roosters are kept by themselves sometimes, but I'm sure it perked him up to be with his hen. The choking is a bit concerning, so I would keep a close watch on that.
Also if he still poops green after he has been eating chick starter for several days, you will want to investigate further.

Yes I had to clean it because they had mites
And yes I will keep an eye on him
Hopefully gets better ASAP
