White liquid in roosters beak/ around his beak

If his beak is sore I would get some chick crumb and make a soft mash with it by soaking it in water. It will be easier for him to eat that the game bird grain mix you are feeding him now.
I'm not seeing a broken beak so not sure which part was bleeding but wondering if he has fowl pox or canker and a lesion broke away. The black spots on his comb.... are they from fighting or does he have fowl pox? Are you in a mosquito climate?

Yes there’s a lot of mosquitos over here and not sure where the black spots came from all the other roosters are in different pens with hens. And will feed him chick feed. What is canker?

I don’t think it’s fowl pox

I see the wound (red circle), I would keep watch on that for sure. The top beak looks like it may be damaged a little too? (red arrow)
I would keep the water bowl super clean for several days, you may even want to give him sanitized water - 1/4tsp. of Oxine per gallon of drinking water or you can use Iodine - Mix 1tsp. 1% Iodine to 1 gallon of drinking water.

The saliva is concerning. Has he stopped that? I would definately check to make sure his crop is empty in the morning before he eats/drinks. Also check slightly more inside his beak for any lesions/plaques (yellow sores), but I am going to assume right now the saliva might be a response to the cut and blood and possibly crop problem.

I was looking at your other thread where you were asking about green poop. Has he by chance been eating any red cabbage:D (for some reason red cabbage makes green poop)
You don't mention your location, but if it's hot and humid where you are, you may want to clean up all the excess feed in his pen. That can spoil/become rancid or get moldy quickly (it does here in WNC), that can cause some problems if not careful.

His beak is likely sore from the cut, but he needs to stay hydrated. If he were mine I would direct dose him with Poultry Nutri-Drench at 1cc per 3lbs of weight to get some vitamins into him and offer him a wet mash of feed for a few days - if you have chick starter that would be good. See that he is drinking well.

As for the scabs on the face/comb - it looks like pecking wounds to me. If he is with a hen likely that is where those came from.

There is also an active Gamefowl Thread is you want to connect or kindly ask some of those guys for any suggestions.

Just my thoughts. Hope he gets better soon, please keep us posted.

I had to do a double take on the bright cherry red facial tissue and comb. Unless you recall that this is his normal coloring, the bright red often signifies either a sick chicken with an elevated temperature or from being overheated.

I would urge keeping him in an infirmary situation for a few days with just very soft, liquid food so his beak can knit and not crack further.

Do make a crop check in the morning. Hopefully, you will find a nice healthy empty crop. If not, here's my instructions on how to identify and treat crop disorders. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

As far as I know (of course depends on the line) "most" gamefowl have bright red face/comb/wattles.

Thank you so much
I’m from porter texas
I cleaned out that feed that was on the floor the day I post the poop picture and no I didn’t feed him cabbage
I’m now giving him food in a cup hanging from the cage but I am giving him chik feed and some banana hopefully it gives him some energy
I always keep his water clean but i will be changing it morning and afternoon I don’t really see him drinking water as much as I see my other birds should I be corned about that?
I just hope his beak heals I think that is why he’s been down because it’s sore
